Nicole Iribagiza Glotzbach - Secretary and treasurer
Nicole is an enthusiastic and passionate person when it comes to topics that revolve around Africa, technology and economic growth. She grew up in Eastern Africa, and later moved to the Netherlands to complete her Master Degree at Wageningen University and Research Center (WUR) in International Development, with a specialization in Rural Development Sociology. She currently works as a Business Analyst at Capgemini; a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation.
Nicole joined the board in 2012. Her motivation for joining Africa in Motion has not changed. Unemployment rates are staggering all over Africa, the only way to tackle this is by working together to create these jobs. The role of the African diaspora is key here.
