My motivation to work for Africa in Motion is based on my vision that to create jobs in Africa, we must seek what is requested locally and not what we could offer. During my professional career I lived in different African countries and was involved in projects in seven countries. This also stimulated me to cycle from Cairo all the way South to Capetown in order to get to know the continent in a different way.
